We study the regulation of cell surface receptors and signaling. Cell surface expression of receptors is dependent on N-glycosylation in the ER and modifications in the Golgi, which is in turn, sensitive to basic metabolism. Models include cell culture, mice and C. elegans, and phenotypes include cancer, immunity and stem cell maintenance.
