Postdoctoral Fellow: University of Leiden, The Netherlands
D.Sc., Ph.D.: University of Paris VII, Paris, France
B.Sc.: University Paris VII, Paris, France

Fields of Interest:

Molecular Microbiology and Infectious Disease

Research Interests:

Research in my laboratory is focused on the development of genetic strategies for HIV-1 prevention (microflora defense) and treatment (gene therapy). Genes encoding secreted bi- and tri-functional antiviral proteins that inhibit HIV-1 infection of unmodified target cells are used for this purpose.
