BIOSKETCH:

Nicole obtained her Masters of Science degree in Genetic Counselling from the University of Toronto in 2016. She was certified in genetic counselling by both the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors, and the American Board of Genetic Counseling, in 2017.  She has clinical roles in the Prenatal Diagnosis and Medical Genetics Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH). Prior to joining the team at MSH, Nicole worked as a clinical and research genetic counsellor at Women’s College Hospital. In addition to prenatal and reproductive genetics, her academic interests include innovative models of genetics service delivery and expanding clinical genetics into multidisciplinary settings. She is actively involved in teaching as a clinical supervisor and instructor at the University of Toronto’s M.Sc. Genetic Counselling program.
