 BIOSKETCH:

Nada Querica MSc, CGC, CCGC, received a Master of Science in Genetic Counselling from McGill University in 1998, following which she joined the Division of Clinical and Metabolic Genetics at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids).  In 1998 she was certified in Genetic Counselling by the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors and in 1999, she received her certification in Genetic Counselling by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC). Nada is a Lecturer in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto.

Nada’s areas of clinical interest include connective tissue disorders, cardiogenetics, hearing loss, craniofacial disorders and ciliopathies (primary ciliary dyskinesia). She primarily works in the Division of Clinical and Metabolic Genetics at the Hospital for Sick Children and provides outreach to other clinics in the hospital including respirology and ENT. Nada is a member of the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors (CAGC) and the National Society of Genetic Counsellors (NSGC).
